Returns & Return Fees
For orders from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the UK, Trendt Vision provides a free return label. A return fee is applied depending on the type of return:

• Full return (all items returned): A fee of €5.90 in the respective local currency will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Partial return (at least one item kept): No fee will be charged.
• Returns from other countries: Trendt Vision does not cover any costs. Customers must bear the return shipping expenses themselves.

Shipping Conditions

1. The goods ordered will be shipped to the provided delivery address.
2. If a delivery fails and is returned to Trendt Vision, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs unless they were not at fault. Return costs follow the right of withdrawal policy.
3. Delivery time is up to 14 days. Deviations are indicated on the respective product page.
4. Shipping is handled by DHL and UPS.
5. Undelivered and uncollected orders will be refunded, but reshipment or guaranteeing product availability is not possible.
